  • (3 lb) beef roast, of choice
  • cup
  • (2/3 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
  • (7/8 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix

Directions

  1. – Mix dry mixes thoroughly into water.
  2. – Place beef in Crock Pot.
  3. – Cover with gravy and place on lid.
  4. – Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until meat is easily pierced by fork.
  5. – OPTIONAL: Add vegetables after first 3 hours of cooking to avoid them becoming too soft.
  6. ENJOY!
